Fetch is a marketplace for self-service truck and van rental that makes renting a truck as easy as pressing a button on your phone. Fetch eliminates the hassle of worrying about business hours, waiting in line, or dealing with hidden fees when renting a truck. Through their app, you can find the Fetch truck parked nearest to you, book it, and then use it to lock and unlock the doors.

Are you fresh out of college, or early in your career and ready to hit the ground running? This is the perfect position to start your career in a fast-growing tech-forward company. As a customer support associate, you’ll be in charge of providing a great experience for all customers renting with Fetch. Through this position, you’ll gain experience with all aspects of a high-growth start-up including, customer support, hardware and software, business development, account management, and more.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Verifying customer eligibility for rentals
  • Providing excellent support for customers via email, phone, and messaging system
  • Troubleshooting customer verification issues and concerns
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of Fetch’s products, services, and customer service policies
  • Providing detailed documentation on customer interactions or incidences

Hours and Compensation

Hours: Friday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $18
